Black Raspberry Sauce
(Hunt Country Vineyards)
- 1 jar Los Gatos black raspberry jam (3/4 cup)
- 1/3 cup Hunt Country Vineyards Late Harvest Vignoles wine
- 2 tsps corn starch
· Place jam & wine in a small pot. Heat and stir.
· Remove small amount of jam and mix with 2 tsp. corn starch.
· Add to pot. Heat and stir until boiling and slightly thickened.
· Serve over lemon pound cake, Angel food cake, or vanilla ice cream.
