Joyce Hunt's Curried Chicken Salad

- 4 lbs chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Hunt Country Vignoles wine
- 2 tbsps curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups grapes, seedless (cut in half)
- Cook chicken, chill and then dice.
- Assemble all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Serve on a bed of greens, in a pita sandwich or on a roll and enjoy it with a glass of Hunt Country Vineyards Vignoles wine.
