- LEMON FILING:
- 14 ozs can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- CRUMB LAYERS:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup butter
· Combine condensed milk and lemon juice, set aside.
· Combine all Crumb Layer ingredients. Put half of crumbs in a 9x13 pan, press firmly.
· Spread lemon filling on top. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
· Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
